Our Classes

Breathe deeply. Believe in your strength. Achieve a more balanced, grounded you.

At Noble Hot Yoga and Wellness, our broad class schedule is designed for busy lives — offering hot, warm, and unheated classes. You choose the experience suitable for the body and the mind you have today.

Whether you’re an early riser, a busy parent squeezing in a midday practice, or someone seeking a peaceful evening reset, Noble offers the area’s most diverse schedule, making it easier to build a wellness routine that fits your lifestyle. With two indoor studios and an outdoor pondside practice space, you’ll find classes throughout the day and across a variety of styles and temperatures.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, we believe wellness requires time to simply be. That’s why every class includes protected meditation time—an opportunity to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself before stepping back into your day.

Whether you seek strength, clarity, healing, or peace, our classes are designed to support your personal path — meeting you just where you are. We offer a wide range of classes for all levels, for all temperaments, and for all goals — from deeply grounding stillness to energetic flows with sound and stillness and meditation woven through.

Members come to Noble for relief from stress, stiffness, chronic aches, poor sleep, low energy, desire to change habits, or the feeling that they’ve lost touch with themselves amid the demands of daily life. Through movement, breathwork, meditation, and community, we help people reconnect to the body, calm mental chatter, and build sustainable life long wellness commitments to support them in real life, off the mat.

Meditation, practiced for thousands of years, is increasingly supported by modern research. Recent studies find that meditation may help reduce perceived stress, improve emotional well-being, support sleep quality, and enhance resilience in the face of life’s challenges¹. While no single practice is a cure-all, even a few minutes of mindfulness each day can have a meaningful impact over time.

Whether you are curious about yoga and meditation, returning after years away, or deepening an established practice, at Noble you will find welcoming teachers, supportive classes, and a community that encourages you to breathe, believe, and achieve.

Class Descriptions

Noble 60 & Noble 90

Our signature Noble 60 and Noble 90 classes follow a fixed sequence of 2 pranayamas (breathwork) and 26 asanas (postures) designed to promote physical healing, balance, and clarity.

Noble 60 is a 60-minute, 26 & 2, class built around a precise sequence of postures and breathwork. Each movement is intentional, designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and heal the practitioner from the inside out.

Noble 90 follows the same trusted sequence of pranayama and asana. A 90-minute experience offers more time for completion on expression and personal exploration.

Each class closes with dedicated time for rest and meditation, offering space to absorb the full benefits of your hot yoga practice. Expect to sweat. Expect to leave mentally and physically stronger and more connected to yourself.

Barkan Hot Vinyasa Flow

Rooted in the hot yoga lineage of Bishnu Ghosh, the Barkan Method blends discipline with creative expression. Developed by Jimmy Barkan, this method is fluid, soulful, and powerfully effective—allowing you to harness the life-changing power of yoga through breath-connected movement.

These classes are offered in a heated environment and are perfect for yogis who enjoy a dynamic and intentional practice.

Noble Hatha

For those new to heat and those preferring a milder environment, our gently heated Hatha offers the perfect introduction. These classes are warm to help the body open, but they remain accessible and comfortable.

Ideal for beginners, recovering athletes, or anyone seeking a steady, breath-focused practice.

Noble Yin (Unheated)

Our unheated Yin classes guide you through long-held postures to release deep tension and cultivate stillness. Yin yoga complements busy, demanding lives, gently nourishing the fascia, joints, and tendons to support mobility, flexibility, and a quiet strength that radiates from within.

This slow, meditative practice is a beautiful complement to a more active lifestyle—or simply a much-needed exhale from the pace of daily life.

Sunrise & Sunset Outdoor Yoga

Our outdoor classes, held in our back green space year-round (except in lightning or extreme cold), are a chance to connect with nature and the earth. These practices are open to all levels and offer a powerful way to breathe deeply, ground fully, and tune into the rhythms of the world surrounding you.

Sound Baths & Meditation

Whether seated, reclined, pondside or floating suspended in aerial silks, our sound healing and meditation offerings are designed to help you reset and re-center. These sessions will soon expand to include hanging sound baths in our East Studio, where you will suspend in silk cocoons and immerse in vibrational healing.

Kundalini Yoga

Awaken your energy, calm your mind, and connect deeply within. This practice combines movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation to balance the nervous system and ignite inner strength.

Whether you are brand new or seasoned, each class is designed to release stress, expand internal awareness, and help you feel renewed and uplifted.

After Class: Sip. Connect. Grow.

After your practice, linger with a cup of tea and a welcoming community. Spend moments reflecting on your practice, connecting with fellow members, or simply enjoying stillness, we hope this becomes one of the many ways Noble supports your well-being beyond the mat.

We’re proud to offer a curated selection of premium loose-leaf teas from Churchill’s Fine Teas. Throughout the year, members will have opportunities to sample new blends, discover favorite flavors, and bring home teas that support their own wellness rituals.

Our eco-boutique features Yoga Democracy apparel, made from recycled water bottles and designed for comfort, sustainability, and bold self-expression.

Step outside to relax near the quiet pond or harvest fresh herbs, tomatoes, raspberries, or greens from our community garden, grown in partnership with The Longer Table. Seasonal herbs, vegetables berries, and flowers help create a deeper connection to wellness, nourishment, and the natural world.

Growing Together

As our garden grows, we look forward to hosting community harvest days where members can share in the abundance of the season. Excess produce will be donated to Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank, helping extend the impact of our garden beyond Noble’s walls and into the broader community.
