🤍 We Are So Close to Opening

Noble completed its Carmel inspection on May 29th, and we are now working through final steps toward opening.

The finish line is in sight.

We are hopeful that:

  • A final follow-up inspection will take place imminently
  • Friends & Family Week will begin  June 22nd

After years of dreaming, building, pivoting, and trusting the process, Noble is finally taking shape as it was meant to.

We are deeply grateful for your patience, encouragement, and belief in this vision. We cannot wait to welcome you inside.  We are so excited to share the benefits of a consistent yoga practice together with meditation.

🌞 June Reflection: Aparigraha (Non-Attachment)

Each month at Noble, we reflect on one of the yamas, the ethical foundations of yoga. This month’s focus is Aparigraha, or non-grasping.

Summer carries a natural sense of abundance—vacations, gatherings, celebrations, and a constant stream of highlight moments. With it can also come comparison, striving, and the quiet question of “why not me?”

Aparigraha invites us to soften that voice.

It reminds us that:

  • Our path is not meant to look like anyone else’s
  • Timing is not a measure of worth
  • What is meant for us cannot be taken away

For the past two years, this teaching has felt especially real.

There were moments of watching others move forward easily while Noble faced unexpected delays and challenges. Moments where comparison crept in. Moments of questioning timelines, fairness, and direction.

But yoga continues to bring me back to truth:

What is meant for Noble will arrive in its own time—and in its own way.

Every challenge has taught us something we needed to learn. Every delay has strengthened patience. Every setback has refined the vision.

The muddy garden does not compare itself to the rippling pond. The sunflower does not compete with the tomato. Each unfolds in its own perfect rhythm.

This month, we invite you to notice:

  • Where comparison arises
  • Where you can release it
  • Where trust might replace striving

Summer reminds us: there is enough.

Enough opportunity.
Enough joy.
Enough growth.
Enough for all of us.

🤝 Community Partners We Are Grateful For

Noble Hot Yoga & Wellness is built on community—on the belief that wellness extends far beyond the yoga mat.

We are deeply grateful for:

  • Mi Hacienda — our welcoming neighbors who embraced Noble from the very beginning
  • Julie Carpenter & Whole Nutrition Simplified — supporting practical, sustainable wellness
  • Yoga Democracy — eco-conscious apparel aligned with mindful living
  • Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank & Suzanna Hobson — nourishing our community and supporting food security
  • The Longer Table — growing, sharing, and distributing food across Hamilton County
  • White River Canoe Company & The White River Alliance — champions of river health and environmental stewardship

Together, these partnerships remind us that wellness is collective.

🌿 Noble Partner Spotlight: Yoga Democracy

We’re excited to welcome Yoga Democracy to Noble Hot Yoga & Wellness.

This sustainably made, eco-conscious athleisure brand reflects everything we value—movement, mindfulness, and care for the planet.

Even better:

  • Use code NobleYD to receive 20% off
  • 20% of every purchase supports Noble and our community programs

Ethical. Sustainable. Designed for movement.

You’ll see us wearing Yoga Democracy in class—and select styles will be available in-studio soon.

🌱 Community Focus: Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank

This month, we continue supporting Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank and the incredible work led by Suzanna Hobson and her team.

Food insecurity exists closer than many realize. Through volunteering, donations, gardening, and community collaboration, we can help ensure our neighbors have access to nourishing food.

Small actions create meaningful impact.

🌿 Stay tuned for the upcoming Noble Harvest Exchange, coming Saturdays to the studio.

✨ Volunteer Spotlight: Lucy Molloy

This month we celebrate Lucy Molloy, our Noble Master Gardener.

Lucy embodies the spirit of Noble through service, generosity, humor, and steady presence. Her willingness to show up and support others reminds us that wellness is something we live—not just something we practice.

Thank you, Lucy, for helping our community grow stronger.

✨ Teacher Spotlight: Leanne Hardisty

We are honored to highlight Leanne Hardisty, a mindset coach, former Fortune 100 executive, and featured Fortune Magazine business innovator.

After a 22-year corporate career leading global teams, Leanne’s life shifted following a deeply personal transition. That moment led her into more than a decade of studying subconscious reprogramming, self-image, and human potential.

Her work focuses on the connection between:

  • Thoughts
  • Emotions
  • Behavior
  • Life outcomes

Today, Leanne helps people break through limiting beliefs and create meaningful change by transforming how they think and relate to themselves.

Originally from Ireland and now living in Indiana with her husband Adam and daughter Blake, she brings both depth and warmth to her teaching.
